Bikram is not a part of ancient yoga techniques, but it is a derived modern yoga technique that includes a complex combination of various yoga styles.

This technique became rapidly famous after its inception by its inventor Yogiraj Bikram Chaudhary. The founder Bikram Chaudhary took this yoga system to the extreme height of success after the 1970s.

After achieving recognition in America, Bikram yoga started gaining attention from all over the world. This yoga is known for two major things: The practice in a constructed hot environment. And the second thing is 26 different yoga positions that have to be followed in a specific order during the 90 minutes session.

It is a very difficult yoga practice because it functions under 30-40 degrees Celsius with 40 percent humidity. The temperature, pressurizing yoga positions, and strongholds can be a mental challenge for people who wants to practice Bikram.

Bikram Chaudhary has designed this style with 26 various important yoga poses from traditional Hatha Postures, a heated environment, and a great deal of balance and muscular movements to achieve the maximum health benefits.

Bikram yoga is focused on clean and oxidized blood circulation throughout the complete body and some other collateral benefits of stress reduction, flexibility, bone density, cardiovascular process, depression, and many more.

Practitioner of Bikram yoga has to undergo a challenging hot environment and yoga postures, but in the end, it can nourish his body with immense benefits of complete 26 yoga techniques.
