Originated from New York, the Aerial yoga style has attracted a massive group of people around the world to extend their ability and focus on their mental and physical well-being with a pinch of challenge.

Aerial yoga is performed with a strong silk hammock that holds a person from the ceiling and supports every movement, and bends. Here, the student is practicing normal yoga poses above the ground level with extreme stretching and breathing exercises.
